"Mom's Christmas Cookie"

ingredients

• 2 cups oats (Quaker-style)
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 tablespoons cold coffee
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1⁄2 cup melted butter

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Form into balls.
3. Roll in sugar.
4. Chill until firm.
