Swedish Pound Cake

"Almond extract makes this smell so good. You can double this and use a bundt pan. From a college roommate."

• Yields: 1 loaf

ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1⁄2 cup oil
• 1 cup flour
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons almond flavoring
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• powdered sugar

directions

1. Beat eggs and add sugar gradually.
2. Add other ingredients.
3. Bake at 350 fo 45 minute in small loaf pans.
4. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top while hot.
