Swedish Apple Pie

Swedish Apple Pie created by TasteTester

This is a "no crust" apple pie that my mom used to make. It is great served alone or with vanilla ice cream. This is a "must" for our family at holiday gatherings.

If indulgence is your plan....this is the ticket! So sappy sweet and delicious. I had a Jr. Vanilla Frosty in my freezer, perfect for two.

I had my doubts because it seemed too easy and basic. I was wrong. I made it last night and it was the best apple dessert I have ever made or tasted. My pan was more than 3/4 full so wound up with a longer cooking time but it was so, so good.
