- Ready In:
- 2 lbs beef, Ground
- 1 1⁄2 ounces onion soup mix, 1 Envelope
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs, Dry
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Shape mixture into 8 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick.
- Broil or grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Sorry to say, we didn't really like this burger. It reminded me of burgers I use to get at college that had filling to make them go farther. Maybe without the breadcrumbs it would have tasted better, but not sure. Didn't seem to taste like sour cream and the the soup mix seemed to over power the burger. Sorry!Reply
