Super Moist & Amazing Banana Bread

"This is a great base recipe for adding any extras, like chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit, etc - it's forgiving. I've made this a million times in a million different ways, and my scrap of a recipe is now covered in dried flecks of batter acquired over the years...so posting for safekeeping and sharing! I always use the mix of brown and white sugar, and my favorites to make are a walnut/golden raisin variety, and a chocolate chip/blueberry variety, just for a few hints. Of course, it's delicious plain as well! Enjoy!"

I never had any sort of interest in cooking, until I took a six-month trip across the country in 2005-2006. Came back home after six months of Denny's and gas-station beef jerky and soggy sandwiches, and I craved real home cooking like I never had before! It was truly an instantaneous thing for me, but I never looked back - and looking up new fun recipes has become one of my favorite things to do! I'm so glad that I learned to cook!
