Super Chip Cookies

1 pizza size cookie
ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1⁄4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1⁄3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup nuts, chopped
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F Grease a 13 -inch round pizza-style pan.
- In a large bowl, measure margarine and sugars. Cream margarine mixture until light and fluffy. Beat in egg until well blended. Beat in vanilla.
- Gradually add flour, baking soda and salt. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Spread dough to edge of greased pan.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or untl golden brown. Cut into wedges when cooled.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
