Summer Trifle

"I got this recipe from "The Mike and Matty Show" -- does anyone remember it (vintage 1994). It is very easy and very yummy! Prep time includes chilling time."

  1. I loved the idea of mixing the whipped cream with lemon yogurt...how wonderfully refreshing! I used blueberries, strawberries, kiwi and bananas for the fruit. At Wal-Mart, I found some "mini" trifle bowls for $1.79 each, so each of my six guests had their own trifle bowl!!! It was wonderful. Thanks for the summer recipe!

  2. Sharlene, you've went and done it again! I served this at a family gathering and they loved it. WE LOVE YOU SPAGHETTI, so when I had the opportunity to try this I jumped on it. Sorry the review came a little late but we did enjoy it! I am making it again this weekend! 5 thumbs up girl!

I live in the San Francisco area and love it here. I discovered Recipezaar (then Food.com..Genius Kitchen) in 2001 and have been so happy to have my favorite recipes stored safely here. I am mother to 7 and grandmother to 7. I love to knit, smock, sew, etc., but my favorite hobby of the moment is traditional rug hooking. This is a sample of what I do.? It's called "November".? I dyed most of the wool myself. It is made from wool flannel, cut into strips a little less than 1/4" and then worked into a linen backing. This is my 3rd rug.
