- 12 red seedless grapes
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 (6 ounce) container peach yogurt
- 2 tablespoons white sugar (optional)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.

YUM! I made this as my after workout treat this morning. It was very good. I've never put grapes in a smoothie before but this worked out great. I used a 4 oz cup of FF peach yogurt and used the same amount of grapes and milk. Just a touch of sugar and vanilla. I will be making this one again. Thanks.

Used considerably more than just 12 grapes (large ones, too) for this drink, & it was well worth it ~ Then I even doubled the recipe & had 2 very tall, very tasty drinks! This was indeed light and yummy! I enjoyed this refreshing, light, slightly tart, smoothie very much. The flavor was excellant and the texture was just perfect. I did double the grapes, I had them on hand and wanted to use them up. The smoothie was quick and very easy to make. Annacia thanks so much for sharing a smoothie that I will be enjoying often.
