Summer Pasta Salad

ingredients
- 1 lb cooked pasta (ala'dente) or 1 lb macaroni (ala'dente)
- 1⁄2 medium sweet onion, chopped fine
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1⁄4 th red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled seeded, and chopped
- 1⁄2 cup frozen uncooked peas
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 -3 cups Miracle Whip
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley

directions
- Mix all but the last ingredient in a large bowl for easy mixing, until well blended. You want the salad to be creamy without being overloaded with dressing so add more if needed. Transfer to a smaller bowl and top with sprinkles of paprika.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 2-3 hours.
- Serve.
