  1. This was a delicious fresh fruit salad that was a snap to prepare. The dressing was creamy but light and mildly sweet. I threw in some blueberries, too. Very lovely. Thanks bert.

  2. Delicious, light fruit salad. The dressing is just perfect and complements the blend of fruits beautifully. I would not change anything except to experiment with other fruits and this delicious dressing. Thanks Bert for a great recipe! Dianne

  3. Really cool summer dish! I used thin sliced apples, rather than oranges, that is the only change I made.Everyone liked it, and the dressing was from stuff i had on hand. I think the dressing is great, could work with any combination of fruit. Thanks for this bert it just hit the spot.

  4. Thanks again Bert for another wonderful recipe.I served this for brunch to visiting relatives and they loved it. I only had 1 banana so I added some fresh blueberries. The dressing is nice and light and does not overpower the fresh fruit taste.

  5. YUM!!! Great for a summer bar-b-q which is just what I used it for. Also used a watermelon (and served it in the shell) and cantalope as they are in season. The dressing is what made it soooo special. Thanks bert for an easy and delightful recipe.

I love to cook and so I am thrilled that I found recipezaar. I work as an educational assistant in a food school so I am around food all day long. I have four children, three of which have already flown the coop so to speak but I still have my 'baby' at home. (He's 21). I am lucky in that I have my summers off so I spend a lot of time trying new recipes and catching up on my reading. I also play soccer in a ladies league to stay in shape.
