ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1⁄3 cup sugar
• 1⁄4 cup butter (half stick)
• 1⁄2 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon sour cream (not liquid)
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄8 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 egg yolk

directions

1. Pre-heat oven at 350.
2. Cream together butter and sugar.
3. Add egg yolk and vanila.
4. Add sour cream.
5. Add flour, backing powder, and salt.
6. Mix all - use hands to finish mixing - roll out between wax paper.
7. After you roll it out cut into you favorite pieces (cookies do not expand).
8. Bake for 6 min then take out and rotate.
