Made with grandbabe #2. Sometimes I wish that I had a spare arm and leg or maybe just a couple of spare fingers to get me through our cooking sessions. One thing we both agree...Supa Supa Good! Made for Everyday is a Holiday.

Do love that dark brown sugar! Made this pie along with several others to have on my Thanksgiving table as something a bit different from the usual pumpkin or mince or apple pie, & it was definitely different ~ Very well received, but different, & now I'm pretty sure that I'll be making it for Yuletide as well! Thanks so much for posting it! [Tagged & made in Please Review My Recipe]

I made this for just 1 pie, but I think I still added too much liquid. That being said it didn't turn out as pretty as gailanng's but it was still tastey! I usually eat coconut cream or chocolate pudding pie because I do not care for fruit pies; this will be added to my list of pies to eat. Made for AUS/NZ Recipe Swap #47.
