Sugar-Free Chocolate Cupcakes

"One of the easy sugar-free cupcake recipes. I tried many others and they didn't work so I created my own. The sweetener is pure maple syrup and it works great!"

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Fill pot with water and add glass bowl on top. Start stove on medium.
  • Add the butter and the unsweetened chocolate. Stir until melted. (You can also heat in microwave).
  • Add maple syrup, and then the eggs.
  • Make sure everything is well mixed and add flour.
  • Put into muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Let them cool for 10 minutes and frost with sugar free frosting.
