- 1⁄2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate (1 bar)
- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup flour
directions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Fill pot with water and add glass bowl on top. Start stove on medium.
- Add the butter and the unsweetened chocolate. Stir until melted. (You can also heat in microwave).
- Add maple syrup, and then the eggs.
- Make sure everything is well mixed and add flour.
- Put into muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let them cool for 10 minutes and frost with sugar free frosting.
