Super easy to make. The only problem is that it does not taste very good.

Five stars, more for the easy prep and comforting satisfaction of the meal, than for being a five-star meal itself. Best part? The leftovers make a terrific breakfast the next day. It's not exploding with layers and levels of flavor, but it's hearty and filling for sure. I added a chopped red bell pepper for the last hour or two of cooking. I couldn't imaging not having one. Next time I may add a Vidalia onion at the beginning and serve with scallions. There will be a next time!

Sounded good but I didn't care for it at all. Sorry, I tried but it's way too heavy. I'll eat just about anything I cook but this may be an exception. I hate to leave bad reviews.

Hello. Great recipe but I used Kielbasa cause that is what I had on hand. Also added 1/2 diced red onion and 1 tablespoon minced garlic. Served it with a green salad and of course Ranch dressing. So good!!! Thanks for posting.
