DIRECTIONS

  • Brown ground beef, ground pork & onion in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Pour meat into a large crockpot.
  • Add stewed tomatoes, coleslaw mx, sauerkraut, water, bouillon, salt & pepper.
  • Add the barley the last hour of cooking.
