First the original salad dressing is dairy free, glutton free and fat free. It has no mayo and no milk in it at all. Panera lists the ingredients as For the dressing:**3 tablespoons cider vinegar.**2 tablespoons honey.**2 teaspoons Dijon mustard.**1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds.**1/4 teaspoon kosher salt.**Freshly ground black pepper.**3 tablespoons vegetable oil.**1/3 cup small-dice red onion (about 1/4 medium onion). Second the salad has no pineapple so therefore this is a poor copycat.

Like most everyone else on this site, I LOVE to cook. I really enjoy trying new recipes and adding my own flair to them. I never make a dish exactly the same way twice, I'm always improving it. Plus I tend to improvise a lot when I'm in the kitchen.
