I got 9 moist, flavorful muffins from the recipe. Also, after reading Ducky's review I cut the streusel topping in half and still had enough to do another batch of muffins. I did not use the glaze. I think that either the glaze or the streusel topping is enough but not both. Definately need to use paper liners to prevent sticking. In the muffin batter I used 1/2 sugar and 1/2 Splenda and reduced the melted butter to 1/4 cup in so doing the batter required extra milk. Took these for a staff meeting this a.m. and everyone loved them. Thanks!Reply

Mmmm, mmmm good! These taste wonderful and are pretty easy to make. It was difficult to wait until after dinner for these babies! I did end up with a lot of leftover streusel (could do another dozen or so muffins). I also had a problem getting several of the muffins out of the tin. I used papers and next time would make more muffins that were smaller so that the streusel doesn't spill out onto the pan and stick. Thanks for a great recipe.Reply
