  • 1 12 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce strawberry juice
  • crushed ice

  • Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice and shake well until chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
  • Strawberry juice. Remove leaves from approximately 5 or 6 large strawberries. Use an electric juicer or mash the berries until you have about 1 oz. of fresh juice.

I am a retired Judge/Attorney and I divide my time between the Portland,Oregon area and a second home on the Oregon coast. <br>My father was professionally trained as a cook/chef, before going on to another career, and taught me to cook at age 6.
