ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup vegetables or 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1⁄2 lb green beans, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1⁄2 lb fresh snow pea, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 4 stalks celery, sliced
directions
- Combine the garlic, ginger and oil in a hot wok. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add the broth, soy sauce and vegetables. Stir to coat, cover, and simmer vegetables for 2-3 minutes or until the carrots are crisp-tender.
