  1. I read an earlier review that said the flavour was a bit too sweet; so I halved the honey and instead added 2 tbsp of sweet chili sauce which also has a hint of hotness. The flavour was dead on with that, at least for us. I cut the pork into strips for a stir fry kind of dish. The bok choy wiltered down A LOT so don't be concerned if a bunch seems like a lot. The dish was not sticky and of course this has something to do with the reduced honey, but also the bok choy gives off a lot of liquid. Instead of stickiness we had some sauce that was on the thin side. But the flavour was great. An idea could be to cook the bok choy on the side and add when serving, I think the pork would be more sticky then
  2. This dish was just a bit sweet for our taste. I'll make it again though because it was so quick - just maybe cut back on the honey a bit and add some more pepper flakes or sriracha sauce to make it a little spicy. Served it over some plain ramen noodles and that worked well.
  3. I used pork chops & 2 bunches of bok choy. The pork chops worked great! The bok choy disappeared! I was astounded at how much it cooked down. Next time i need a bigger pan & 3 bunches of bok choy! And use more scallions...! This was an easy & delicious dish, just the way we like it! I served it over boring white rice to soak up the yummy sauce. Made for my ZANY teammate in ZWT6!
