    large zucchini, sliced
  • 3
    tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Fill a large pot 1/4 of the way with water.
  • Put all ingredients in, and bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Cover and reduce heat to low.
  • Cook for 20-30 minute.
  • Use more or less water, depending on how much juice you want.
