This is such a great way to have breakfast ready in the morning. I do find I need to heat the oatmeal up in the morning (despite using a stainless steal thermos), so I prepare my microwavable dish before retiring for the night as well. I chop a little apple and add some cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves to the dish. In the morning I dump the oatmeal in, stir and in a minute or two I have a perfect breakfast. Thanks!

Now this is certainly oatmeal prepared differently, but what the hey ~ if you're in a hurry in the morning, this works great! Will probably do it again, just for the novelty of it all! One thing it does do: It helps make you WANT to eat the oatmeal in the morning, 'cause it's already prepared! Many thanks!
