"What can I say? I like to experiment making easy cookies! These are lemon-lime flavored cookies in a nice shade of green... I topped mine with vanilla frosting and Lucky Charms cereal marshmallows for St. Patrick's Day!"

ingredients

1 (15 ounce) box lemon cake mix
2 eggs
¹⁄₂ cup vegetable oil
1 (1/8 ounce) packet Kool-Aid (lemon lime flavor, aka Green)
¹⁄₂ cup powdered sugar (optional)

directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and Koolaid until well combined. Shape into 1" balls and roll in powdered sugar, if desired. Set on cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool. Enjoy!
