DIRECTIONS

  • Drain the chickpeas and add to a food processor along with the olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt and cumin. Process until smooth, adding additional olive oil (or water), as needed.
  • Start with 1 tablespoon of sriracha and add to the hummus or more to taste.
