ingredients
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup spelt flour
- 1⁄2 cup ground flax seeds
- 1⁄4 cup pumpkin seeds (or nuts or fruit of your choice)
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 1⁄4 cup agave nectar
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon maple extract (or vanilla extract)
directions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients together and stir into dry.
- Press into buttered (oiled) 8X8 square pan.
- Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
