ingredients

• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 3 cups flour
• 4 teaspoons salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon

directions

1. Beat all ingredients to form a smooth batter.
2. Drop by teaspoons in hot fat. These little balls will end up in many shapes (some with tails; they turn themselves if you don't put them too close together).
3. Roll in powdered sugar.

Delicious but waaaaay too much salt. Cut down to 2 tsp and was perfect.
