  • 1. boil water and add farro to start that cooking.
  • in a pan, add some oil of your choice and a little salt and roast the almonds for about 5 min.
  • chop apples, and chop up some small pieces of cheddar cheese
  • after farro has boiled for 10 minutes, strain with cold water. Then mix everything together. Farro, pomegranate seeds, apple, cheese, tosted almonds and arugula.
  • finally mix balsaminc, olive oil, mustard and a seasoning of your choice together to create your dressing.
