  • Boil 1/2 c dry rice with 1 tsp butter and 1 1/2 Celsius water.
  • Simmer 15 minutes until done and water is gone.
  • Cook spinach with a few tablespoons water in microwave 3-5 minutes until wilted.
  • Mix together milk, eggs, seasoning, rice, chives, and cheese in an 8 inches round or square glass casserole dish thats greased.
  • Mix in spinach.
  • Bake at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes. Let cool on a towel on the counter for about ten minutes before serving so its easier to cut in slices.

  1. This is a fairly simple recipe to make. I made this for my husband, as I am lactose intolerant and this recipe has a lot of dairy in. My husband expressed that he enjoyed the flavor and that he felt this was one of the best ways to make spinach.
