DIRECTIONS

  • In a 10 qt stockpot add broth, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Add in the tofu, water chestnut and seaweed. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the spinach and green onion. Stir and adjust seasoning to taste.
