Spiked Orange Smoothie

ingredients
- 8 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 ounce fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (recommended ( Jell-o)
- 1 (4 ounce) orange flavored yogurt (recommended ( Yoplait Orange Creme)
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 cup vanilla vodka
- 1⁄4 cup orange-flavored liqueur
- 2 cups ice cubes
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide among glasses.

Wow!!! This was wonderful, reminded me of an Orange Julius but an adult version!!! I cut the recipe to one serving and left out the triple sec, it irritates my throat, otherwise followed exactly as written. I would definitely make this again, even in the morning without the liquors, lol!!! Made for your win in the football pool.Reply

This was pretty good. It makes a lot for my 5 cup Kitchenaid blender. I had to make it in a couple of batches. We needed to tweak it a bit, as we didn't have the vanilla vodka. I added a little vanilla with some regular vodka. I made it with spiced rum for the DH. I would leave out the juice concentrate next time. Made, Reviewed, and Photographed for Photo Tag Fall 2008.
