• Yields: 4 cups

ingredients

• 1 large mango, diced
• 1⁄2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
• 1⁄2 cup red pepper, diced
• 1 large plum tomato, seeded and diced
• 2 large green onions, thinly sliced
• 1 large jalapeno pepper, seeded, rib removed and finely diced
• 1⁄2 teaspoon sambal oelek (to taste)
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well-mixed. Transfer in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
2. Serve salsa over white fish, crab cakes or with tortilla chips.
