DIRECTIONS

  • Heat oil in wok, add chicken.
  • Cook, stirring, until change in colour.
  • Add garlic, shallots and chilli sauce.
  • Cook stirring until mixture is browned.
  • Add remaining ingredients stirring till bok choy is tender.
  • Serve over steamed jasmine rice.
