Spicy Shredded Buffalo Chicken Wrap

"I love buffalo wings, but I really don't like the hassle of preparing chicken. I found a can of chicken in the pantry and this is what I came up with. I made a wrap since I wasn't super hungry, but it would make a wonderful quesadilla if you prefer something heavier. La Tortilla Factory low carb wraps are perfect for this, they have lots of fiber and fewer calories than traditional flour or corn tortillas. I always use Frank's Buffalo sauce, but if you can't find it - 1 part Louisiana hot sauce and 1 part margarine works instead."

Well, let's see.....I'm an RN on the children's unit at a psychiatric facility in Corpus Christi. It is difficult, but rewarding. When I have spare time, I love to spend it in the kitchen or reading books. I tend to make up recipes using whatever I happen to have on hand or centered around a particular ingredient I've got a craving for.
