Excellent - fixed for Sunday breakfast and it was easy and very good. The only thing we did different was we used a Hot Sausage because we like things with more kick than most people. This is a keeper and we will be making it again. We may try using some egg beaters just to cut some calories. Also, we did have to cook it between 25-30 min. to get it done but I would start checking after 18 min.
