- 4 salmon fillets
- 7⁄8 cup light cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper
directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan mix together the cream, chili flakes, lemon juice, basil, parsley and paprika. Gently heat through on the stove, season to taste, then pour over the salmon.
