  1. I just started the raw food diet and was happy to add this to my list of recipes. The texture is like squash soup but has a very nice fresh flavor!
     
  2. This has a good flavor, but I added a little salt. And whew! Half a large-ish jalapeno pepper was way too much for little ol' me! Reviewed for the Veg*n Recipe Swap.
