Spicy Dill Mayo Salmon (South Beach Diet Friendly)
MAKE IT SHINE!

Spicy Dijon and Mayo with Dill. Try with different types of fish (or shrimp, chicken, etc.) I used low-fat mayonnaise to make it South Beach Diet friendly. Note: for a quicker recipe nix the thyme, oregano, basil, even garlic. Note: for a better presentation, hold dill until the end and sprinkle over the top rather than mixing into sauce. Note: I've used regular jarred spices rather than fresh and they work just fine.

Taste amazing! There weren't many reviews so i was a little nervous trying it out, but I am very glad i did. I wouldn't change a think as the one review said. also i saved the extra sauce and put it on at the end before i served it with fresh dill as recommended and it real closed the deal, Thank you very my wife was craving salmon in a dill sauce just like we had had out a few nights before at a nice restaurant, this did the job nicely!Reply
