ingredients
- 5 lbs pork
- 1 cup white wine, cold
- 8 teaspoons paprika
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 5 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 4 teaspoons cayenne
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
directions
- Mix all ingredients by hand until well mixed.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Place in hog casings if desired. I freeze bulk sausage in 1/2 pound packages.
