  1. Delicious! I doubled the spices/seasonings and didn't use any flour. I did half the recipe and only needed a total of 28 minutes in the oven.

  2. Sorry I haven't reviewed this earlier. I am constantly trying new recipes, but this has become a regular go-to for easy dinner night, and I make this about twice a month. I use Mexican chile powder and add a lot of garlic power. My favorite sauce to use is "Louisiana Wing Sauce". Thanks for the post and I'm looking forward to making this again on Saturday!

  3. Great recipe, simple to make with flavorful ingredients. Made it twice so far first time exactly according to recipe. 2nd time used thighs instead of breast, far more flavor in dark meat. Also used brioche buns to kick up the bun game.

  4. I love this recipe, I did add more cayenne pepper and I was having trouble with the chicken sticking to the pan so instead of cooking oil I used a tab of butter on each side. The breast came right off.

  5. This is an excellent recipe! Very spicy and good flavor.
