  1. Used a tri-tip for this - don't care for round steak in kebobs. Seasonings were good - but the red wine vinegar wasn't quite right. I'll use lemon next time - and there will be a next time, because this was tasty.
  2. This is a great recipe for an inexpensive cut of beef. Especially good for parties. I've done variations of rubs and steak marinades for round steak skewers. Thanks for posting this!
  3. These were pretty good. I ended up using some meat that I "cleaned up" from a whole beef tenderloin...and all spices from Penzy's (spanish sweet paprika and smoked paprika) thumbs up :) dan
  4. These were really great! I served them at a tapas party and there were only a few left, which I took to work. They were a hit there too, and there were none to take home! I plan to make these again and again!

I love to cook, to feed people and to experiment. Unfortunately I have a very limited audience, so most of my creations are reserved for me alone. My BF is a sort of picky eater and all of my favorites he dislikes, so I'm learning how to get around lots of ingredients. Like mushrooms (so sad), tomatoes and onions... who cooks without onions? In this one way, it's almost a good thing that our schedules allow for only 3 meals a weeks together :-)
