ingredients
- 2 lbs beef liver
- 4 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1⁄2 cup sliced carrot
- 1⁄2 cup sliced celery
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 (1 lb) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small bay leaf
directions
- Place liver in the crock pot, lay bacon slices on top.
- Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
