Spanish Melonball

"Add a skewer of melon balls or a spear of fresh pinapple for an extra festive drink."

• 1 ounce coconut rum
• 1 ounce Midori melon liqueur
• 1 ounce pineapple juice
• 3 ounces orange juice
• ice

directions

1. Shake midori, malibu, and pineapple juice and strain into a highball glass. Add orange juice.

I loved this drink! Smooth, fruity but really not overly sweet. Goes down easy too :) Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

This was very good...not icky sweet like some fruity drinks are. It does have a drawback that you can't taste the alcohol hardly at all...so it's dangerous!! I'll be making this little treat again, thanks for sharing!
