- Rub lemon around the rim of the glass, then dip into a dish of raw sugar.
- Warm brandy in a pan or a chafing dish. Pour into glass and ignite. Add jigger of Kahlua and ignite. Pour in hot coffee, leaving about 1 1/2". Add whipped cream, level to the top of the glass.

What really made this drink stand out is the lemon/sugar rim!!! Loved that along with the Kahlua/brandy/coffee. Next time I think I would add half and half, as I do for my daily coffee, not something I do when using Bailey's but think I would had preferred it in this drink with the Kahlua. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for PRMR Tag Game.
