- 1 cup flour
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1⁄2 cups soymilk (can use vanilla flavored)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
directions
- Mix all the ingredients together until just combined. Batter will be lumpy.
- Pour 1/4 cup amount of batter onto hot skillet. Flip when bubbles appear on top.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
