Southwestern Salty Sweet Potatoes to Cry For!

Southwestern Salty Sweet Potatoes to Cry For! created by gailanng

My friends beg for these everytime I give a party! They are so delicious and satisfying, I just never seem to fix enough no matter how many I make. I wonderful change from white oven fried potatoes which are so high in carbs. THESE ARE VERY LOW CARB. And I dare you to stop at just one serving...I found this recipe in Healthy Cooking but have modified it to my own taste.

5 stars for flavor (I liked that there was no added sugar), but a 3 for the fact that I had to cook these for at least 30 minutes. I also decreased the salt - personal preference. I will make these again, but I'll remember to plan for additional cooking time.

HOT! My neighbors thought I had an animal over here because your sweet potatoes made me howl.

Delicious! I roasted them a little longer than 20 mins. and let the edges get a little crispy and caramelized. So good! I'm looking forward to making these again. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

These are truly addictive!! We tried them for our Thanksgiving dinner and I felt like I could JUST eat these!!
