DIRECTIONS

  • Fry fatback in a large skillet.
  • Drain fatback on paper towels and reserve for eating!
  • Cut heat off of skillet, but while still warm, add lettuce and onions until wilted.
  • Serve with salt, pepper and vinegar as desired.
