South American Dip

- Ready In:
- 2 large ripe avocados, mashed
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- Combine avocado, onion, garlic, seasonings and mayonnaise with half bacon.
- Cover the top completely with bacon and chopped parsley to help keep good green color.
