I have a confession, I have made this recipe many times before - not this recipe, but I have a recipe myself - and this is VERY similar! I love this SA stew type meal, we enjoyed it with fresh squash and courgettes, as well as mashed potatoes! I also added some carrots and a dollop of Mrs Ball's Mango Chutney for a little lift! Thanks Nan - a great recipe - a keeper for us! Photos to follow. Made for ZWT4 - FT:-)
