Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies

Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies created by g.d.ennis

I adapted this recipe from "Sourdough Cookies of Awesomeness" on the blog cmomcook.blogspot.com. I think it is great! You can also add 12 oz of broken up pecans to make them even more awesome!

I baked the cookies on a cast iron cookie sheet at 375°f for 14 minutes. If you are not baking in cast iron you need to start.
