- 1⁄2 cup quick-cooking grits
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1⁄4 cup half-and-half cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 9 inches frozen pie crusts
- 1 cup raisins
directions
- In microwave-safe bowl, combine grits and water, microwave on High for 1 minuteor until hot. Stir in sour cream, cool.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, sugar, eggs, half & half, flour, and cinnamon, mix until well combined. Add cooled grits and raisins, stir until combined. Pour into pie crust. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated 325°F oven 35-40 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
