  • In microwave-safe bowl, combine grits and water, microwave on High for 1 minuteor until hot. Stir in sour cream, cool.
  • Meanwhile, in medium bowl, sugar, eggs, half & half, flour, and cinnamon, mix until well combined. Add cooled grits and raisins, stir until combined. Pour into pie crust. Place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in a preheated 325°F oven 35-40 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
